We listen to our Clients because we may have a lot of experience in construction, but they are the experts in their business and their industry. We need to understand their drivers….why are they undertaking this project? What critical “Business As Usual” activities need to be maintained throughout? What does success look like?
Many of the projects we work on are undertaken in live operational buildings where disruption to day to day business, delivery of teaching and neighbours needs to be minimised throughout. It is important that this is all set out as much as possible early on in the briefing stages of a project.
