Contract Administration

Many of our clients choose to combine Contract Administration with Project Management Services, however we are also able to provide this as a stand alone service where an independent Contract Administrator is preferred.

We have experience acting as Employer’s Agent and Contract Administrator on the JCT suite of contracts and as the named “Project Manager” on the NEC Contract.

The NEC contract in particular can seem quite daunting with the emphasis on collaboration and timely response to dealing with issues, however with a Client who buys into the principles and the use of an online Contract Management Tool we have found it to be a positive form of contract to use.
