Bush House South West Wing Redevelopment
Projectum were appointed by 3PM to provide Project Management Services with James Zilz acting as Project Director from RIBA Stage 2 for the redevelopment of this building at the heart of the King’s College London Strand Campus.
RVC Capital Development Programme
The Royal Veterinary College appointed Projectum to review their Capital Development Programme and develop a strategy to deliver the planned works over the next 4 years. A variety of new build, refurbishment and maintenance projects were planned across the three RVC campuses. James drew on his experience of working with a number of Higher Education clients to help come up with a number of innovative ideas and recommendations for how to deliver the planned works.

Project Manager and Employers Agent for a new 13000sqm college building and refurbishment of over 4000sqm of existing buildings (£45M). Careful planning and phasing was required to ensure the college remained operational throughout.
