Bush House South West Wing Redevelopment
Projectum were appointed by 3PM to provide Project Management Services with James Zilz acting as Project Director from RIBA Stage 2 for the redevelopment of this building at the heart of the King’s College London Strand Campus.
10 New Bridge Street (Fleet House)
Projectum were appointed as a sub-consultant to 3PM to provide Project Management Services for this 80,000 sqft deep retrofit speculative development for Atenor UK. The scheme includes partial frame retention and the addition of an extra floor, in the City of London. James Zilz acted as the Project Director and was the day to day lead on the project through the design stages, up to and including securing planning consent and then procurement of enabling contract/main contract works.
RVC Capital Development Programme
The Royal Veterinary College appointed Projectum to review their Capital Development Programme and develop a strategy to deliver the planned works over the next 4 years. A variety of new build, refurbishment and maintenance projects were planned across the three RVC campuses. James drew on his experience of working with a number of Higher Education clients to help come up with a number of innovative ideas and recommendations for how to deliver the planned works.
