Project Manager and Employers Agent for a new 13000sqm college building and refurbishment of over 4000sqm of existing buildings (£45M). Careful planning and phasing was required to ensure the college remained operational throughout. Value Engineering was required to achieve savings required by the LSC prior to capital funding approval.
The coastal location of the college meant robust materials were sourced to minimise ongoing maintenance costs.
