Project Manager and Employers Agent for a new £42M college estate comprising a new 15000sqm landmark building, refurbishment of existing buildings and associated external works. The project incorporated renewable energy sources including Biomass Boilers and Solar Panels. The new building is built on Green space and had many Planning and Neighbour issues. Careful planning and phasing was required to ensure the college remained operational throughout.
