Projectum were appointed to provide Construction and Project Management Services by the Developer (WRBC Developments UK Ltd) to manage the construction of a 200m high, 35 storey commercial tower providing almost 400,000 square feet of high quality office space.
We closed out the demolition contract and finalised the £200m construction contract in December 2014 and Projectum is appointed to deliver the scheme through to the end of the Defects Rectification Period in 2020.
Following completion of the base building in 2018, we managed a number of CAT A and CAT B internal office fit outs ranging from £10m to £20m in value.
