
Following successful delivery of the base building, we were asked manage the design, procurement and delivery of a CAT A internal office fit out project across 10 floors, ranging in size from 7,000 sqft to 15,000 sqft. We also procured a CAT B fit out to the Building Management Suite and a tenant floor, totalling 9,500 sqft.
Part way through the delivery phase, our Client asked us to add a further 5 floors to CAT A standard to the contract, which we successfully negotiated with the contractor. Significant savings were made by reducing prelims, allowing continuity of work for subcontractors and utilising existing design principles for the additional floors.
Total area successfully delivered to CAT A or B standard was 161,500 sqft. Completed in 8 different sections, with minimal defects and within budget.
