Working for the Corporate Real Estate Projects Team as the Senior Project Manager responsible for delivery of a key programme of works across the UK. This included replacement of critical building services infrastructure, DDA improvements and campus wide renovations. Management of consultants and main contractors, stakeholder management and landlord liaison. Detailed construction logistics and phasing plans were developed to avoid disruption to the employees and clients during the intrusive and disruptive works in occupied office buildings.
