We are able to provide Cost Management Reporting services and when supported by our trusted partners can offer a full RICS Cost Management and Quantity Surveyor service. We are focused on value for money and in many cases we save our clients more than our fee value in capital costs.

Historically we have assisted Clients with preparation and maintenance of Project Budgets, preparation of Business Cases and Project Execution Plans. As Project Managers we have been involved in preparing Procurement Strategies, full tendering and procurement of services and construction works and Tender Analysis and Reporting. Integrity and transparency is critical throughout.

Whilst working directly within a Client’s organisations we have also prepared and issued Purchase Orders, processed and approved valuations and invoices on behalf of the Client acting as their trusted advisors.

Following Risk Management Workshops to identify and assess Project Risks we have been able to advise Clients on appropriate levels of contingency either in aggregate or on an individual risk by risk basis. As risk events pass that contingency can be released or spent depending on whether it occurred.
